Keira Jebb
BPsych (Hons) and MClinPsych
Keira Jebb is a Clinical Psychologist with experience working with young people, adults and families in a number of public health settings. She has received training in Cognitive Behaviour Therapy, Dialectical Behaviour Therapy and Schema Therapy, and brings a neuro-affirming lens to her work. Keira has an interest in working with young people and adults to build an increased understanding of themselves. including their emotional and interpersonal challenges. She is experienced in providing psychological interventions for depression and anxiety, as well emotion regulation difficulties and behavioural challenges. Keira takes a person-centred and individualised approach, focused on hearing and understanding someone’s story and building on their existing strengths to meet their goals. Keira is a friendly and compassionate psychologist with genuine interest in and care for the people she works with.
