Ms Ellaina Andersson

Clinical Neuropsychologist
MPsych (Clinical Neuropsych) B Psych (Hon) BMedSc Grad Dip

Ellaina is a registered psychologist and endorsed Clinical Neuropsychologist with a strong passion for paediatric neuropsychology. She has extensive experience in both clinical and research settings, focusing on the assessment and support of children with neurodevelopmental conditions—including Autism, ADHD, intellectual disabilities, specific learning disorders, and FASD—as well as neurological presentations.

Dedicated to family-centred care, Ellaina strives to provide meaningful, tailored support to children and their families. In addition to her private clinical work, she is a board-approved supervisor, Unit Coordinator for the Graduate Diploma in Advanced Psychology at Monash University, and a member of the specialised Developmental Regression Service at Monash Children’s Hospital.

Ellaina firmly believes that a neuropsychological assessment should serve to answer the questions parents and carers have about their child, support diagnostic understanding, and guide targeted interventions. Her goal is for every family to leave the service with a deeper understanding of their child’s strengths and challenges, the functional impacts of those challenges, and practical, tailored recommendations to help them provide the best possible support—empowering their child to reach their full potential.
